What is this search for?
BODACC publishes French companies' legal events every day. Three of them are buying moments:
- A new company: everything is being set up, tools and suppliers included.
- A change of director: a new director often reviews choices in the first months. The announcement names the person.
- The sale of a business: a new owner moving in.
How do you use it well?
Start with one département and a short period: one week in a large département is already hundreds of announcements. Add an activity keyword in French to narrow it, such as "comptable" or "restaurant".

Is this data free to use?
BODACC is published by France's DILA as open data. To contact someone, B2B prospecting rules apply: a message about their role and an easy way to object.
Why not filter by NAF activity code?
BODACC announcements do not carry the activity code. The keyword searches the announcement text; a strict filter needs the public company registry.
How often is BODACC updated?
Every working day. An announcement is often available on the day it is published.
